Bootcamp in the Park
Weekly drop in sessions in the park at various locations within the South Hams. Different workouts every time to help keep you motivated and improve your fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Hula Hoop Classes
Weekly hoop classes where you can learn to hoop on your body as well as learning off body tricks. A super fun way to bring movement & joy into your life. I also teach hula hoop workshops at festivals, kids parties, hen dos and hula hoop conventions
Don’t ignore your pelvic floor
Does your pelvic floor hold you back from exercising? During this workshop we will guide you through exercises, techniques and tips to strengthen and relax your pelvic floor. Delivered by me, Sophie Carr, and Hannah Winzer

Working at leisure centres and in village and town halls. I can teach indoor cycling, Body Pump, laughter yoga, Body Balance, Yoga, Kettlebells, aerobics, step aerobics, bootcamp, circuits and Zumba
Laughter Yoga
A laughter yoga workshop includes laughter exercises, playfulness and a laughter meditation; all designed to help you unwind, de-stress, happy and energised. Please message me for booking details. Available for hen dos, parties and corporate events.
Hoop performance
One of my most favourite activities ever! Performances as a double act with my hoop partner Donna ( we’re called Hooperlative Swing) as well as a solo act. Performances at cabaret and burlesque nights, festivals, as well as corporate events & more
Fitness Freestyle Yoga
Combining traditional yoga postures, stretches, balances and flow with fitness principles. A gentle, yet powerful class which will help you to gain deep strength, stability and increased mobility and flexibility. Taught from a fitness perspective, and suitable for all fitness levels.
Beach bootcamp
Bootcamp on the beach. A mix of strength, cardio and core stability. All sessions are different, and set on the beautiful setting of Slapton Beach. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
